Appearance

Clear, young wine with light color.

Aroma

Apple, Apricot, Oak.

Palate

Oak, slightly buttery, apple.

Finish

Semi-Dry, short finish with low complexity.

Summary

This wine is naturally fermented. Which means that no cultivated yeast was added like other commercial wines. Being natural fermented and a nice slumber on oak, this wine does taste different than other commercial wines. Strong oak taste and smell with a dry apple finish. Low complexity and short finish make for a decent Chardonnay. Normal retail is $11.99.

Chardonnay is one of the brands that I prefer drinking. I know that it is not what most men love to drink, but it is what I prefer. I think that the sweetness of it is what makes it better than most drinks. I understand that it is not easy to go and drink it at parties, in fact, it makes me feel a little bit emasculated at times. I hope that it becomes a drink that men can be proud of.
